Cookin’ in the Castle: Disney’s Jack-Jack Chocolate Chip Cookies

Disney’s Jack-Jack Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Butter – 1 cup 
Brown Sugar – 1 ¼ Cup
Sugar – ¼ Cup 
Sea Salt – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 1 whole egg
Egg Yolk – 1 Yolk
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 2 ¼ cup
Chocolate Chips – 1 cup

Baking

  1. Brown the butter and let it cool until it begins to solidify 
  2. Cream butter, sugars and salt in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy
  3. Mix in whole egg, egg yolk and vanilla
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then mix into the batter until a dough forms
  5. Add chocolate chips
  6. Scoop into balls and chill thoroughly – at least an hour, preferably overnight
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 7-10 minutes until golden brown on edges but still soft in the center
  8. ENJOY!
